You have provided personal data, including but not limited to your name, the organization you work for, gender, and email address in order to become a user of the DATAR app.
These personal data are disclosed to and processed by The Platform for Agrobiodiversity Research (PAR) as the owner and manager of DATAR. PAR is hosted by the Raffaella Foundation (www.raffaellafoundation.org).
DATAR, PAR and the Raffaella Foundation will use your personal data only for keeping records of the existing users of DATAR apps, and for statistical purposes, for which your identity will remain anonymous. None of these organizations will sell your personal data, disclose it or share it in any way. DATAR protects your personal information with 256-bit encryption. DATAR has adopted the necessary security measures to protect data from loss and any form of unlawful use.
Our app is secured against loss and destruction, as well as unauthorized access, change and distribution. However, neither PAR nor the Raffaella Foundation has any liability for the destruction and damage of data, and for unlawful or unauthorized use of the data. By using the DATAR app you accept our privacy notice and give your consent to DATAR to collect, store and process your information in the manners and for the purposes described above.
You also confirm that you understand that you have the right to request PAR to inform you about how your personal data is being used, send you a copy of your personal data, delete or correct your personal data, and object to certain uses of your personal data.
